OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to assist our team and provide excellent customer service at our Dallas-Fort Worth location.  

 

The Office Coordinator will support daily office operations by coordinating administrative tasks, office supplies, facilities needs, and meeting logistics. In addition, they will perform basic receptionist and front desk duties. They will work under general guidance to ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:    

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces. 

  • Assists with meeting logistics, food orders, and internal event setup. 

  • Coordinates basic facilities needs and communicates issues to building management. 

  • Supports office administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, office related records, purchasing cards and fleet coordination. 

  • Provides front desk and reception support including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 

  • Maintains office cleanliness, organization, and readiness for employees and guests. 

 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, spreadsheets, workflow systems). 

  • Comfort working independently while supporting multiple teams. 

  • Reliable, proactive, and attentive to detail. 

  • Professional and pleasant demeanor. 

  • Able to identify and resolves issues. 

  • Bilingual in Spanish required 

 

Education and Experience 

  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or customer facing support required. 

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. 

  • Experience with billing tasks/software a plus.  

  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus. 

 

Physical Requirements 

  • Position is required to be in-person Monday through Friday with hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an hour lunch break from 11:00am to 12:00pm. 

  • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. 

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
