Registered Managers with this organisation are not required to assist with Rota's, recruitment, petty cash, monthly compliance and auditing, arranging training, any grievances or other HR related issues, IT and anything systems related

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

A Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner (or working towards it).
At least two years of experience in a Residential children’s home, with a minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a dedicated care team.
