About the Role
Failure analysis of customer returns and support internal process defects diagnosis as well.
What You Will Do
- Diagnosis customer return and support production line reject failure analysis.
- In collaboration with engineering team, develop related diagnosis process base on related product for customer return. Develop and evaluate failure analyze equipment or instrument.
- Compile FA document for standard failure analysis procedure and related instrument operation.
- Communicate with design, AME, testing to study product theory and master them for failure analysis. Maintain QMS system to compliance with PSP04 _ Problem solving requirement.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by his supervisor to support the operation.
- Lead the product audit system development & setup.
- Train the newcomer of FA technical know-how.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Skill at digital, analogy circuit, have circuit analysis ability
- Familiar with embedded system hardware/software (typically C, C++…) to better understand related product structure.
- Familiar with ECU boot loader/application developed and working process in automotive business area
- Familiar with CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe is plus
- Experience in automotive business area is a plus
- Familiar electronic component level principle and failure mechanism
- Bachelor or above, major in Computer science, software engineering , Electrical engineering or related
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience on camera related system diagnosis.
