I. Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Analyst is to ensure a good understanding of CMS and execution of ecommerce creative assets and experiences supporting all online channels. He/she will additionally execute high priority and/or confidential tasks, train online operations and assist with progress. He/she will assist, and provide guidance to online operations team as well as maintain operational best practices for the team. They ensure complex Site operations executions are consistently executed according to defined processes, while continuously contributing in improving these processes to drive efficiency and elimination of execution errors. He/she will draw on operations experience while managing priorities against customer and associate impact to deliver results, often under extreme deadlines. This role is key to delivering the Site Operations requests from Digital Commerce, Marketing and other core partners across the Lowe's enterprise.

· Involved for new process improvements, and implementation. · Ensures project completion on a daily basis and ensuring/understating on time every time error free execution · Work closely with design, operations, tech & various other teams to ensure seamless execution · Contribute in review and maintenance of CMS ; works with team on best practices to ensure consistent execution; partners with Product Management and IT to ensure CMS libraries, toolkits and components are active, functional and optimized · Ensure complex omni-channel implementations are executed according to defined processes, with a consistent eye on the customer experience. · Provide critical and timely support for all issues online, staying current on changes. · Partner with Product, Technology and Business teams to drive a seamless site experience · Responsible for on-time and accurate execution of business and tech project requests · Ensures cross-functional partners are aligned to adhering to execution standards and timelines to assure peak operational efficiency; drives process improvements where needed

III. Years of Experience:

· 2+ years e-commerce or retail experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

· Graduate in any degree

V. Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have) · Strong ecommerce, online/omnichannel retail experience · Understanding of Website navigation & operations · Demonstrated delivery of business results · Ability to handle high-pressure situations and dynamic environment · Time-management and organization skills · Good execution skills and able to drive operational excellence · Good verbal, written and technical communication skills · Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) · A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail
