Job Description

What you will do:

The Warehouse Associate / Material Coordinator is responsible for the accurate handling, monitoring, and documentation of materials, tools, and warehouse transactions. This role ensures efficient coordination with internal departments, proper inventory control, and timely processing of requests to support daily warehouse and operational activities.

How you will do it:

Warehouse Operations & Material Handling

  • Check and validate requests such as Sales Orders (SO) and Material Requests (MR).

  • Process goods issuance transactions in the system.

  • Perform checking of materials and documents prior to release.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all outgoing materials.

Documentation & Transactions

  • Create manual Delivery Receipts (DR) for foreign materials.

  • Record all warehouse transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all warehouse records.

Tools Monitoring & Control

  • Record and monitor tools transactions, including returned and unreturned tools from site.

  • Check tools and related documents prior to release.

  • Ensure accountability and proper tracking of all issued tools.

Procurement & Request Processing

  • Conduct day-to-day monitoring through Purchase Requisition (PR) tracking.

  • Create manual PRs as needed.

  • Forward manual PRs to Service Department

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with the Service Department regarding inquiries and material concerns.

  • Handle coordination specifically for SEMI-related inquiries.

  • Ensure timely response and resolution of internal requests.

Inventory Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels using stock replenishment reports twice a month

  • Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and documentation.

  • Experience in SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
