매장 매니저는 매장 비즈니스의 모든 측면을 이끌고 관리하며 지속적으로 발전시킬 책임이 있습니다. 또한, ALO 미션에 부합하는 긍정적이고 생산성 높은 업무 환경을 조성하고 관리합니다. 그뿐만 아니라 매출 및 수익 세부 목표, 운영 세부 목표, 머천다이징 표준을 지속적으로 달성하고 매우 성공적인 판매, 운영 및 비주얼 팀을 개발해 나가야 합니다.

비즈니스 리더

• 매장 리테일 전략 수립 및 실행
• 고객층 및 경쟁 브랜드와 관련된 국내 시장 지식 보유
• 매장 성공에 영향을 미치는 비즈니스 트렌드 이해
• KPI를 활용하여 비즈니스 성장 전략을 수립하고 지원하는 뛰어난 비즈니스 감각 보유
• 회사 툴, 인센티브 및 전략을 활용해 매출 목표 달성을 지원하여 팀 주도

인재 리더

• 매장 팀이 ALO의 미션과 기본 원칙을 실천하여 고객에게 ALO의 정체성, ALO가 하는 일, 그 일을 하는 이유를 효과적으로 전달하도록 지원
• 역량 개발, 성과 관리, 트레이닝, 지속적인 코칭을 통해 성장, 책임, 포용성을 중시하는 환경 조성
• 동료에 대한 인재 분석을 실시하고 주요 역할 및 포지션을 위한 커리어 발전 계획을 수립하여 우수한 인재를 계속해서 유지하고 이직률을 줄임
• 승계 계획 및 채용 전략을 통해 내부 및 외부 파이프라인 구축

운영 리더

• 판매 및 서비스, 운영, 비주얼 매니저를 감독하여 모든 주요 전략 실행
• 주요 운영 및 비주얼 가이드라인 실행을 감독하고 지원
• 비즈니스 성과 데이터를 바탕으로 강력한 매장 비주얼 표준 수립
• 안전한 근무 환경을 조성하고 효율적인 운영 지원
• 비즈니스 성과를 내는 동시에 인력 효율성을 유지하도록 스케줄 설정

FLOW 경험 리더

• 다른 부서의 비즈니스 파트너와 협력하여 조직 목표 달성을 지원
• ALO 홍보 대사로서 ALO 미션에 부합하는 문화 확립
• 비즈니스 요구와 브랜드 문화의 균형을 통해 조직을 원활하게 운영하는 능력 보유
• 목표와 KPI 달성을 위해 매장 전반에 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 전략 수립 및 구현

매장 매니저 자격 요건

• 리테일 또는 관련 업계 리더십 경력 7년 이상
• MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) 관련 실무 지식
• 탁월한 대인 관계 형성 기술과 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 기술
• 빠르게 변화하는 혁신적인 환경에서 비즈니스를 성장시켜 스스로 큰 동기를 부여
• 자기 주도적인 업무 수행 능력, 시간 관리 역량, 책임 의식
• ALO의 기본 원칙 준수 및 체화
• 기업가 정신을 갖추고 경영인 마인드 소유
• 매장의 모든 구역을 계속 다녀야 함
• 최대 22.7kg을 들거나 밀거나 짊어지거나 그 외의 방법으로 옮길 수 있음
• 들고, 구부리고, 무릎을 꿇고, 높은 곳에 올라가고, 기어가거나 몸을 비틀고, 사다리를 안전하게 오르내릴 수 있음
• 근무 내내 서 있고 움직일 수 있음
• 주말 및 공휴일 등 스케줄 근무 가능 (오픈, 마감 모두 포함)

The Store Manager is a true business owner for their store. They are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store's business. They are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment that aligns with the company's mission. They will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing a highly successful Sales, Operations, and Visual team. 

Business Leader 

• Develop and execute the brand's retail strategies 

• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors 

• Aware of business trends that relate to the success of the store and brand 

• Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to develop and support business driving strategies 

• Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals  

People Leader 

• Ensure that the store team exudes ALO's mission and guiding principles to effectively communicate to our guests who we are, what we do and why we do what we do 

• Fosters an environment of growth, accountability and inclusivity through development, performance management, training and consistent coaching  

• Conducts ongoing talent analysis of colleagues and establish career progression plans for key players and positions to result in retention of best talent and turnover reduction 

• Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy 

Operations Leader 

• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to maximize inventory accuracy and ensure replenishment needs are met 

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual guidelines  

• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data 

• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation  

• Develop schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor effectively 

Flow Experience Leader 

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals 

• Is an ALO ambassador and creates a culture that aligns with our mission 

• Demonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand culture 

• Create and implement effective communication strategies throughout store to achieve goals and KPI’s 

Store Manager Qualifications 

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience  

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)  

• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment 

• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
