The Role: Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy and when. As a Solutions Consultant at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental player to our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had delivering predictions for enterprises like Dell, Thomson Reuters, Udemy, and Tableau.

The Fit: Join a high-energy, collaborative Solutions Consulting team supporting our fast-paced Commercial Growth segment. You’ll work alongside driven sales reps and value-focused SCs to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong technical acumen – You can confidently demonstrate how 6sense delivers value through seamless integrations across the marketing and sales tech stack.
  • Is naturally curious and customer-obsessed – You dig deep to understand your buyer’s business, role, and challenges, and craft personalized value propositions that resonate.
  • Communicates with clarity and impact – You simplify complex ideas and speak in a way that makes value immediately clear to customers.
  • Thrives in a team-first culture – You collaborate openly, share what’s working, support your teammates, and jump into projects beyond your own deals.
  • Partners strategically with sales – You work hand-in-hand with AEs on account planning, stakeholder alignment, and deal strategy.
  • Has a proven track record – You've delivered success in a presales or technical sales role and understand how to create impact at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally – You work seamlessly with product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and drive customer outcomes.
  • Leads with executive presence – You command the room in customer meetings, build instant credibility with decision makers, and know how to develop and deepen relationships at every level of an organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales engineering or solutions consulting role (or comparable experience), ideally within the marketing or sales tech space
  • Ability to clearly articulate 6sense’s technical and functional capabilities to both marketing and sales audiences
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect customer pain points directly to the value 6sense provides
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven success working with senior go-to-market leaders, including CMOs, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations
  • Solid knowledge of the marketing and sales tech stack: web analytics, content management, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM tools
