Your Role and Responsibilities
As an HR Operational Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the HR Business Partner at the site in all operational, organizational, and administrative HR matters. With your structured, reliable, and service‑oriented approach, you help ensure that HR processes run smoothly. You are an important point of contact for employees and managers and make a valuable contribution to operational HR work as well as local projects.
Your Tasks at a Glance
Operational HR Support
Support the HR Business Partner in day‑to‑day business and take on a variety of administrative tasks
Prepare HR documents such as certificates, letters, and templates
Recruiting & Onboarding
Support recruiting for our blue‑collar areas – from posting job ads to coordinating the selection process
Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including involving relevant interfaces and scheduling appointments
Health & Absence Management
Organize, schedule, and follow up on BEM (reintegration) meetings
Provide administrative support in absence management (e.g., handling inquiries)
Workday Administration
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding the processing of personnel actions in Workday (e.g., address changes, terminations, reclassifications, transfers)
Support ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date system data
Coordination & Communication
Manage appointments for HR meetings, interview rounds, and internal coordination
Organize rooms, equipment, and relevant resources
Send out information and support the maintenance of local HR communication channels
Reporting & Project Support
Prepare reports and evaluations
Contribute to HR projects – e.g., process optimization and site initiatives

Qualifications for the Role
Your Profile
Professional Requirements
Completed commercial training or a bachelor’s degree with an HR focus
Initial experience in an operational or administrative HR environment
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with HR systems (SAP HR and Workday) is a plus
Basic knowledge of labor law is desirable
English skills at B2 level are required
