As a Product Marketing Specialist Electrification Service, you play a key role in successfully bringing our low‑ and medium‑voltage service solutions to market across the Benelux.

🧠 About the role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for driving product growth and market activation of Electrification Service solutions throughout the full product lifecycle.
You operate at the intersection of product management, sales and marketing, translating service solutions into compelling value propositions for customers in industry, data centers and utilities.
Location: Rotterdam (Waalhaven)
Work model: 3 days at the office or with customers, 2 days working from home
Contract: Full‑time (40 hours)
Travel: Benelux (approximately twice per month to customers or the Belgian headquarters in Diegem)
You report to the Sales & Marketing Manager Electrification Service and work closely with local sales teams and global product marketing colleagues.
💡 What you will be working on
This role offers a high level of ownership and variety. Your responsibilities include:
Product growth & portfolio management
Implementing product growth strategies per product line to achieve business objectives
Managing the local Electrification Service portfolio based on market needs
Identifying product and solution gaps and providing structured feedback to global product management
Analysing underperforming products and proposing improvement actions
Market insights
Monitoring competitors’ strategies, pricing and product launches
Leading the annual market analysis (total market, available market and market share)
New Product Introductions (NPI)
Setting priorities for new product launches based on the product roadmap
Training and supporting the sales organisation on new value propositions
Localising marketing materials such as presentations and catalogues
Supporting the implementation of CPQ configurators
Market activation & campaigns
Driving local digital marketing campaigns and lead management
Supporting installed‑base commercialisation initiatives (e.g. account‑based marketing)
Leading or contributing to local customer events
Pricing & data quality
Managing local price lists and pricing for new and existing products
Improving price consistency and value realisation in close cooperation with Sales
Improving data quality and transparency in SAP and related systems

You are a hands‑on product marketer who enjoys building, improving and thinking critically. You combine technical knowledge with a commercial and strategic mindset.
Must‑haves
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in an electrical or industrial environment
Experience working within or for a multinational organisation
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, structured way of working
Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
Nice‑to‑haves
Knowledge of low‑ or medium‑voltage installations
Knowledge of the French language
Background in project engineering, process automation or service environments
