The Position

Senior Business Analyst $(d/f/m)$

Introduction

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, tackling complex business problems with emerging ambiguity. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain, related technologies, and their interdependencies, applying advanced tools and techniques to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling process interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective solutions.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive impact by independently managing end-to-end business analysis workstreams and resolving complex problems within ambiguous environments.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders, building deep reliance through your profound business and domain understanding.

  • Shape stakeholder perspectives and strategically manage expectations by facilitating workshops and resolving conflicts to align with project goals.

  • Translate business requirements into strategic implementation plans that influence tactical decisions and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps.

  • Lead root cause analysis and perform thorough domain research to ensure delivered solutions provide demonstrable business value.

  • Manage interdependencies across broader product environments, evaluating solution impacts for both immediate and long-term business implications.

  • Mentor and empower junior and intermediate Business Analysts, actively shaping team ways of working, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Contribute to organizational growth by actively participating in the Community of Practice (CoP) and initiating creative process improvements.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Professional: You bring 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, including at least 3+ years specifically within life sciences, pharma, or the assigned business function.

  • Strategically Minded: You have a proven track record of independently managing end-to-end workstreams and evaluating strategic solution options in navigating ambiguity.

  • Technically Proficient: You possess advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and intermediate expertise in at least one specific BA capability.

  • Analytical Expert: You are skilled in requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring comprehensive traceability and consistent change management throughout the lifecycle.

  • Effective Communicator: You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to define engagement strategies across various functional areas.

  • Tool & Process Savvy: You independently apply tools and principles related to data, usability, and process analysis to improve overall organizational efficiency.

  • Continuous Learner: You hold a relevant University degree (Educated to degree level) and maintain a proactive mindset focused on mentoring others and contributing to a global Community of Practice.
