About the Role (6PM IST - 2AM IST)

The People Services team plays a key role in driving our day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. With high attention to detail and a strong customer services mindset, our People Services team support all of Veeam’s employees with first line queries.  

What You’ll Do 

1. Employee first line query management 

  • Competently handle and trouble-shoot employee queries.
  • Identify recurring query themes and capture these in knowledge base articles to shift recurring queries to self-service resolution.
  •  Support employees with payroll related queries and reporting 

2. People data administration  

  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS with a high level of accuracy.
  • Data quality assurance – proactively identify and correct incorrect system data.
  • Prepare and issue applicable employee paperwork across all relevant employee lifecycle events.
  • As and when applicable, coordinate global mobility activities to ensure a smooth international relocation for our internal colleagues 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, ADP) 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices a plus 
  • A service-first mindset and passion for creating a positive employee experience
