This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly. Operator I, Quality Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for handling manual or operational tasks to ensure efficient quality management processes. You will monitor product quality, resolve non-conformances, and maintain documentation.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth quality management processes in manufacturing and distribution
• Operate within defined procedures with minimal decision-making, requiring technical skills and precision
• Monitor product quality at different stages and resolve non-conformances promptly
• Maintain relevant documentation and records, adhering to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support daily operations and team efficiency, ensuring compliance with processes and standards
• Provide guidance and support to team members to contribute to the success of the quality management team
• Execute daily regular tasks including but not limited to: IBAs, line sign off, sample and retain collection, Pack MBR review, Fill MBR review, autoclave report review, logbook review

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 1 Years of Relevant Experience
• Location: Fort Worth - ASPEX
• Schedule: C/D Shift 6pm-6am rotating 4 days on 4 days off
• Travel Requirements: 0 – 10%
• Relocation Assistance: Not Available
