About the opportunity

Join QIAGEN’s Global Operations Controlling team and play a key role in supporting financial transparency and decision‑making across our global manufacturing and operations network. Based in Wroclaw, this role offers broad exposure to management reporting, CAPEX controlling, and cross‑functional collaboration in an international environment. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, continuous improvement of controlling processes, and strong compliance, while further developing your expertise in operations finance within a global organization.

Your tasks include

Supporting monthly closing activities, including inventory profit elimination and inventory balance checks
Preparing timely and accurate monthly management reports using data from SAP Business Warehouse, invoices, and other sources
Owning Global CAPEX reporting and forecasting in close collaboration with the PMO organization and Fixed Asset Accounting
Ensuring compliance with dedicated Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) financial controls and acting as a liaison for internal and external audits
Verifying cost invoices and coordinating accruals (e.g. contracted labor, fixed assets, material utilization) with monthly reporting requirements
Supporting standard cost calculations, product margin analysis, and monthly scorecard reporting
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and master data maintenance, including analysis and resolution of accounting discrepancies

Your profile

Relevant qualification or hands‑on experience in Accounting, Controlling, or FP&A (partly qualified candidates are welcome)
Practical experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Ability to understand and support management accounting processes in an international organization
Fluency in English, with clear and confident communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accountability for results
Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with interest in optimizing and automating recurring processes
Motivation to continuously learn and develop within a global operations environment
