What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate Hydro Pulper systems and material‑handling equipment.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Load, unload, and manage raw materials to support continuous operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, organized work area.

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate material‑handling and Hydro Pulper equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to wear applicable PPE in compliance with EH&S guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Capability to follow procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This role is a day an evening shift role. This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. The position may involve standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
