We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture, ensuring data consistency and driving data governance initiatives across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities but not be limited to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and product owners to define data strategies and roadmaps.

• Design and implement data models, data quality rules, and integration patterns for master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor).

• Mentor and guide a team of developers and data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies; lead POCs and vendor assessments.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and integration.

• Assist in the development of proposals for emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related fields.

• Proven expertise in ETL and MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, CDI, CAI).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data architecture (e.g., data lakes, data mesh).

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, ensuring delivery quality, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Ability to coordinate with onsite teams, align work schedules across time zones, and ensure timely status reporting.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
