In this position, you will assist with positioning patients for radiographs, ensuring proper restraint and safety, preparing imaging suites, and supporting smooth workflow between the radiology area and the rest of the hospital. You will also help maintain equipment cleanliness and organization, and communicate effectively with technicians and doctors regarding imaging needs.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, confident handling a variety of patient temperaments, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Prior veterinary experience is preferred, but strong entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Veterinary Assistant – Float (Emergency / Internal Medicine / Surgery / Radiology)

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in different clinical settings throughout the day. You will assist with patient restraint and handling, triage support, exam room assistance, patient preparation for procedures, basic nursing care, and general support of technicians and doctors across multiple departments.

Strong candidates will be adaptable, organized, and able to shift priorities quickly while maintaining patient safety and efficiency.
