Job Description:
This position will be 3rd shifts technical resource with the ability to operate all of the equipment, help troubleshoot process related issues, and conduct the needed cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and process tasks per the designated schedule
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor problems with production equipment and or process related issues
- Conduct regular cleaning of the equipment including the ability to work out of a platform lift
- Basic understanding and ability to run all the production equipment and run production as needed
- Communicate through written and verbal channels with team leads, process tech, and maintenance techs
- Ability to understand functionality of the production machines and test/provide feedback regarding process improvements or maintenance upgrades
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have good interpersonal skills, be a team player and a self-starter who can work with little or no supervision. Good people interaction skills needed to work with operators, engineers, and other non-technical personnel
- Position requires 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work at heights using proper equipment
- A team player who possesses an excellent attitude
- Self-directed and able to work with little direct supervision
- Use logical thinking and the ability to analyze cause and effect situations
- Capacity to address several issues or problems simultaneously
