- Partner across teams (Clinical Ops, HR, Compliance) to keep everything aligned
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that strengthen the program
- Maintain a small therapy caseload, delivering high-quality, client-centered care
- Assist with client coordination, including referrals and transitions

- Trainings and supervision sessions run smoothly and on schedule
- Program data and reports are delivered accurately and on time
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- 2+ years of behavioral health experience, including direct clinical care
- Strong organization and attention to detail—you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with program coordination or training programs (a plus)
- Familiarity with CARF, Medicaid documentation, and licensure tracking
- Comfort with EHR systems and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
