Join Intel as a Finance Student and gain a unique opportunity to contribute to our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) function. In this role, you will support the preparation of financial forecasts, perform variance analysis, and help evaluate key business performance metrics.
You will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that directly influence Intel's operations and decision-making. Working closely with finance professionals and operational teams, you will develop practical insights into how finance supports business performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Support FPnA processes by preparing financial reports and analyses to evaluate business performance.
Assist in variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Document financial results, methodologies, and key findings to enable clear and structured communication.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous learning and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Availability of at least 27 hours per week, including 18 hours on-site at the Kiryat Gat campus.
- Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong system aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
