Job Description:
Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a RN for our ICU Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation
Pay Range:
$36.00 - $90.14The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
