We’re looking for an Administration Support professional to join our supportive Field Support team. If you’re experienced in administration, highly organised, and enjoy being the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly, you’ll thrive in this role.

This is a Fixed Term Contract to February 2028.

About the Role

As part of the Field Support team, you’ll play a key role in enabling business operations through high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring processes, reporting, and coordination activities run efficiently and effectively.

This role suits someone with strong administration support experience who is confident managing data, reporting, and improving day‑to‑day operational flow.

This is a hybrid role working at our office in Macquarie Park, 3 days a week (preferably Monday to Wednesday, with 2 days from home).

You’ll Make an Impact By:

Providing end‑to‑end administrative support to internal teams and business initiatives
Managing and maintaining key data, reports, trackers, and templates
Supporting reporting requirements, including analysis and insights
Coordinating internal communications and ensuring timely task delivery across teams
Maintaining accurate CRM and customer/account information
Supporting pricing processes, documentation workflows, and ad hoc business requests
Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a similar administration support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
