About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support chiller systems for Data Center projects, ensuring high reliability and continuous operation in mission-critical environments. This role plays a key part in start-up, commissioning, and ongoing service to meet strict SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform chiller start-up and commissioning, including system testing and performance validation

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

  • Monitor system performance and identify abnormal conditions

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues

  • Support emergency response to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance

  • Prepare service reports and technical documentation

  • Coordinate with project teams, technicians, and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and Data Center requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HVAC or related field (fresh graduates welcome)

  • Basic knowledge of chiller/HVAC systems is an advantage

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills

  • Able to work under pressure in mission-critical environments

  • Valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience

  • Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations

  • Able to support shift work, standby, or emergency calls (if required)
