About the Role
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support chiller systems for Data Center projects, ensuring high reliability and continuous operation in mission-critical environments. This role plays a key part in start-up, commissioning, and ongoing service to meet strict SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform chiller start-up and commissioning, including system testing and performance validation
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Monitor system performance and identify abnormal conditions
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues
Support emergency response to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance
Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Coordinate with project teams, technicians, and external partners
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Data Center requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HVAC or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Basic knowledge of chiller/HVAC systems is an advantage
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Able to work under pressure in mission-critical environments
Valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations
Able to support shift work, standby, or emergency calls (if required)
