Job Description:

Provide ongoing technical support and monitoring of production and development systems and networks, and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Perform Data Transfer Officer duties in support of customer requirements.

Here's what you'll need:

8 to 10+ years of experience with Capacity & Performance Monitoring
8 to 10+ years of experience Infrastructure Monitoring, Infrastructure Service Incident Management, and IT Infrastructure Operations

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$130,200—$265,300 USD
