Responsibilities:

  • Lead NBD projects by cooperating with sales team. Carry on market research, screen out potential NBD projects and drive new business to achieve continuous conversion of sales turnover.
  • Evaluate accurately the market attractiveness and competitive situation of NBD projects through multiple channels and resources (desktop research, HQ database, tradeshow, customer visits, etc.), in order to rapidly promote the progress of NBD projects.
  • Collaborate across departments, like R&D, AE, PM, etc., coordinate internal resources to identify lubrication requirements, technical benchmark and KL product advantage compared with competitors during new business development, in order to provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Conduct reginal or national industry research's to explore new business growing points and write reports to share them within the company.
  • Pay attention to the latest target industries trends and competitor information. Assist NBD manager to finish relevant industrial analysis reports and competitors' analysis reports.
  • Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
  • Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or relevant major.
  • At least 1+ years of technical or pre-sales related working experience in chemical industry or traditional manufacturing industry.
  • Be interested in market research, analysis, strategy and exploring; Willing to take over new and challenging work.
  • Excellent self-study, analyzing, exploring and anti-stress capability.
  • Very strong team spirit, good capacity of communication and working in cross-functions team.
  • Good communication both in English and Chinese.
  • Willing to travel.
