The IT Core Services team is a global organization responsible for delivering and evolving Dexcom’s Microsoft 365 and digital workplace ecosystem, including collaboration, messaging, identity, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. The team enables secure, scalable, and cost‑effective use of M365 and AI technologies across the enterprise, with a strong focus on security, governance, standardization, and operational excellence.
Dexcom is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience across the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem and related enterprise platforms. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, documenting and communicating requirements, and enabling scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions across M365 technologies, including the Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a creator mindset, and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear documentation, visuals, and functional specifications that guide system configuration and delivery.
Where you come in:
- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities to improve processes through Microsoft 365, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements; translate them into clear system specifications, user stories, and solution artifacts.

- Partner with platform and technical teams to design, enable, and configure solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and other M365 services, in alignment with security and governance standards.
- Support AI‑enabled initiatives, including Copilot extensibility and Azure AI services, by documenting use cases, requirements, controls, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Plan and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements. Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, solution visuals, and user guidance.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, clearly explaining business needs, system behavior, risks, and dependencies.
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, backlogs, documentation, and delivery artifacts across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Own the end‑to‑end Business Analysis methodology and templates; provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts.
- Act as a single point of contact for subject matter experts, representing business processes and requirements to delivery teams.
- Support enterprise initiatives such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including requirements discovery, process documentation, and solution evaluation.
- Lead or coordinate small to medium initiatives or workstreams as needed; monitor and report status, risks, and issues to Project or Program Managers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of IT Core Services objectives.
What makes you successful:
- Proven 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems.
- 3-5 years' experience working within the Microsoft 365 environment, with exposure to Power Platform, Copilot, and AI‑enabled solutions from a requirements or enablement perspective.
- Strong skills in business analysis, process modeling, and functional documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, well‑structured written and visual artifacts to support stakeholder alignment and decision‑making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking, sprint support, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives
- Work hours: US Pacific Time
