AI & Automation Support

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications (e.g., NLP models, chatbots, intelligent automation).
  • Build and deploy machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify use cases where AI can accelerate user experience and improve efficiency.
  • Develop automation scripts and AI-assisted decision-making tools.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to automate manual or repetitive processes
  • Support development and maintenance of automation workflows.
  • Develop Python scripts to automate analytics workflows and generate visualizations.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Present insights to stakeholders and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations.
  • Establish data quality checks, governance controls, and reusable data pipelines.
  • Assist with AI-enabled solutions such as chatbots, document processing, or intelligent reporting
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation and AI solutions to ensure reliability.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and IT stakeholders
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports


Systems & IT Support

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Support testing, deployment, and enhancement of IT solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation for processes, reports, and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including IT, business users, and vendors


Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Stay updated on AI, automation, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Participate in training, pilot projects, and innovation initiatives
  • Recommend improvements to existing IT and reporting processes

    ystems & IT Support

    Technical Requirements

    Core Technical Skills

    • Python programming (advanced):
    • Data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy)
    • Data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
    • JSON/XML parsing
    • REST API consumption


    AI/ML Development:

    • Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Generative AI tools and LLM APIs.
    • NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, text classification)
    • Model evaluation, training, and tuning


    Data Tools & Technologies:

    • Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
    • SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
    • Data warehousing concepts
    • Cloud Platforms (at least one):
    • Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
    • Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services (a plus)
    • Automation & Integration:
    • Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
    • RPA or workflow automation tools (optional but advantageous)
