Who You Are
BBIO Training Managers are impactful, experienced individuals with a track record of success in rare disease Learning & Development within biotech:
- proven ability to attain deep clinical expertise in assigned disease states/products
- effectively lead complex projects, influence stakeholders and network across the Brand
- communicate in a fast moving and dynamic environment
Responsibilities: Senior Manager / Associate Director, Training
- Report to the Senior Director of Training and Learning Excellence, leading the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training curricula supporting rare Commercial launches across the BridgeBio family of companies
- Build deep product, market and disease state expertise to lead end-to-end training strategy for rare therapeutic product launches and ongoing sustainment initiatives, grounded in adult learning and best practices
- Source, manage, and oversee external vendors to support the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable training curricula and programs
- Develop and implement impactful training initiatives that enhance clinical and marketplace knowledge and translate learning into measurable, actionable field behaviors across sales, HQ and market Access teams. Manage training content through the MLR process
- Ensure all training initiatives remain compliant with regulatory requirements through close partnership with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders
Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial functions within the biotech/pharma industry, field sales and/or market access experience
- 3 years of experience in field team training
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to grasp complex scientific topics and multiple brands, simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences for trainees by understanding their needs and learning styles
- Excellent leadership, communication skills and self-awareness
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating with and supporting a Leadership team
- Commitment to comply with all laws, regulations and relevant policies that govern the conduct of BridgeBio activities
