岗位职责

• 版本集成与发布推进：集成感知/定位/规划/控制等模块，形成可运行版本，明确每版的发布条件、风险点与发布结论。
• 内部集成验证与矿区试运行组织：制定并组织内部集成验证与矿区试运行计划，推动问题闭环，输出验证/试运行报告，支撑发布决策。
• 车端部署与回滚：负责车端软件包/镜像的部署、升级、回滚流程标准化，保障版本可稳定下发到 DCU，故障可快速恢复。
• CI/CD 与构建发布流水线：搭建与维护自动化构建/测试/发布流水线（如 GitLab CI/Jenkins），确保产物可重复构建、可追溯、可快速定位问题。
• 车端问题定位：DCU 侧日志/版本/配置差异分析，快速定位问题归属并推动研发闭环。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，计算机/通信/自动化/车辆等相关专业。
• 熟悉 Linux 环境，具备较强的工程化调试能力，能基于日志与现象快速定位问题并推动闭环。
• 具备系统集成/交付经验：能组织验证、试运行、发布结论与资料沉淀（报告、Checklist、已知问题等）。
• 具备 CI/CD 实践经验：能搭建与维护自动化构建/测试/发布流水线。
• 良好的文档与沟通能力：能把版本状态、风险点与发布条件表达清楚并推动跨团队协作。

加分项

• 熟悉制品库/依赖管理（如 Artifactory 或同类），或有大规模研发工具链维护经验。
• 有嵌入式/车端交叉编译与发布经验（复杂依赖、构建耗时、平台差异等场景）。
• 有矿区/车辆现场部署、矿区试运行、故障定位与问题闭环经验。
• 了解容器/系统服务化部署（Docker/OCI 或 systemd），并能将其纳入标准化交付流程。
