About the Role

We are looking for a MEP Senior Engineer – Equipment Delivery to join our MEP Building Technology team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.

In this role, you will support mission-critical facilities, including data centers, by assisting with the procurement, coordination, and delivery of major mechanical and electrical equipment. The MEP Engineer – Equipment Delivery works closely with vendors, designers, and project teams to ensure equipment is compliant with project requirements and delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Support the mechanical and electrical construction needs of mission-critical facilities and related projects.
Assist with procurement of mechanical and electrical equipment, including vendor coordination and contract deliverables.
Coordinate equipment submittals and manage deliverables from contract award through manufacturing and delivery.
Communicate regularly with MEP equipment vendors, design engineers, and onsite project teams.
Track equipment deliveries from manufacturing facilities to project sites and support associated cost tracking.
Review and interpret electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil drawings and specifications.
Coordinate scopes, schedules, RFIs, and change orders in collaboration with project teams.
Ensure proper coordination of schedules, logistics, and delivery requirements to support project milestones.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and onsite teams to ensure equipment readiness.
Utilize standardized tools, processes, and procedures to support successful equipment delivery.
Track performance using KPIs and support data-driven analysis to improve supply chain efficiency.
Assist with development and maintenance of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
Identify potential issues related to scope, schedule, cost, or logistics and support timely resolution.
