This position reports to:
Accounting & Reporting Specialist - General Accounting__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
This role is contributing to the {FAO R2R Team} in {Xiamen}. Main stakeholders are {ELBA}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Invoice processing, ensuring accurate, timely processing and tracking.
- Monthly closing performs necessary activities for intercompany to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Executes analysis and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary.
- Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance for intercompany. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
- Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Performing other jobs/projects, complete related testing as required.

Qualifications for the role
- Good oral and written English.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, improvement, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SAP/Excel/PPT/Power BI Skill
- Possess strong numerical sensitivity, clear logical reasoning in calculations.
- Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
