Since performing the first successful pediatric heart transplant in 1984, we’ve continued to treat the most complex, high-risk patients other centers are unequipped to help. Our nurse practitioners work closely with families to create a healing environment. This is a per diem, nights, weekends in the inpatient Pediatric oncology/BMT unit at New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.
Preferred Criteria:
Two years pediatric oncology, NP experience
Required Criteria:
Master’s Degree as PNP or FNP
Current New York State License required as Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
Board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
BCLS and PALS certification
APHON Chemotherapy / Biotherapy order writing certificate
Minimum of one year Pediatric oncology NP experience
