What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mixer trucks and related equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support safe operations

  • Complete inspections and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and maintenance programs

  • Test equipment after maintenance or repair to ensure proper operation and compliance

  • Support plant and fleet reliability by responding to breakdowns and maintenance needs efficiently

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid provincial Journeyperson or Red Seal Mechanic certification

  • Demonstrated capability servicing heavy equipment and commercial vehicles

  • Strong understanding of inspection standards and structured maintenance processes

  • Ability to safely complete physically demanding tasks in a maintenance environment

  • Comfortable using computer-based maintenance systems and digital tools

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
