About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and regular customer meetings.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent follow-through and follow-up on product requests and orders.
- Understand customers' business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with SOURCEABILITY's Sales Director to develop and execute plans to meet sales objectives, such as quarterly GP targets.
- Perform support, liaison, and coordination activities consistent with account management responsibilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possession of a Diploma Certificate or equivalent industry accreditation.
- 3+ years of experience in a related sales or account management role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- A high-energy, self-motivated sales professional driven to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
