The Specialist serves as a partner to the Central Delivery Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This hybrid role blends high-trust senior leadership support with operational coordination, system building, and cross-team enablement.

What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and facilitate SLT and partner‑level meetings, including agendas, materials, follow‑ups, and implementation of best‑practice meeting standards.
- Manage SLT calendar priorities and maintain shared systems for travel, PTO, and major commitments to support alignment and proactive planning.
- Collaborate with Program Operations on the development of templates, standardized tools, shared folders, and operating mechanisms that improve consistency.
- Lead and coordinate the team responsible for event facilitation (local events, workshops, innovation sessions, exec meetings), ensuring professional execution, smooth logistics, and consistent processes.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing, DOSE teams, and local staff to deliver high‑quality events, following timelines, communication plans, and vendor processes.
- Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of improved program processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to have (minimum qualification):
- Bachelor’s degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 2+ years of work experience leading executive-level coordination, communication, and decision support and/or related experience
- Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool)
What we need you to have (preferred qualifications):
- Knowledge of the utility market (specifically energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets).
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with demonstrated experience in Excel.
- Outstanding analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool).
