About the role
As Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for securing the right vendor setup for Husqvarna’s Global Aftersales Customer Support. You will own vendor contracts end-to-end, ensuring optimal commercial conditions, strong governance frameworks, and high-performing partnerships.
You will lead sourcing strategies and vendor selection, ensuring that the right partners are chosen to meet business needs. Acting as contract owner, you will manage the full lifecycle—from negotiation and onboarding to renewals and continuous optimization—ensuring Husqvarna consistently receives full value from its agreements.
In this role, you will drive vendor performance through structured follow-ups, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and monitor KPIs and service level agreements. You will also play a key role in risk management, compliance, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring vendor capabilities meet evolving business requirements.
About you
Desired skills, qualifications, and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in vendor management and procurement within customer support environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable contract terms
- Experience in managing contracts and vendor performance frameworks
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex vendor environments
- Ability to develop and improve vendor management processes
- Experience working with stakeholder management across multiple functions
