Why This Role Matters

As a Specialist GPS, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing operations. You will support the implementation of the Goodyear Production System (GPS), helping teams improve efficiency, standardize processes, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Support, coach, and coordinate business centers and leaders within the Goodyear Production System (GPS) framework.

• Implement, develop, and monitor GPS pillars across business centers and operational units.

• Conduct performance audits and layered process audits to ensure process compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Support and execute daily management system activities to improve production performance and accountability.

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions related to production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Track replication plans and supports the implementation of best practices across Goodyear manufacturing sites.

• Prepare reports, perform system analysis activities, and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree

• Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience or strong interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence environments. Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders.

• Experience with audits, reporting, or process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
