Licensed Practical Nurses LPN

We are looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.  The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Shift: Full Time 3rd shift, Part Time 1st shift

Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials

Responsibilities

• Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of elders
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care
• Conduct and document a thorough assessment of assigned Independent Living residents’ medical conditions and treatments.
• Provide required care per the Wellness assignment sheets
• Process and complete required lab orders
• Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired
