Advisory Lead, Infrastructure & Cloud

West Monroe is searching for an Advisory Lead, Infrastructure & Cloud Services with a background in IT/public cloud engineering, architecture, security, and/or strategy to join our Technology Transaction Services practice (TTS) and focus on due diligence for client M&A deals. The advisor will contribute to pre-close IT infrastructure assessments across various industries, including Private Equity, High-Tech & Software, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Identified areas of weakness are communicated to client executives in the form of investment summaries, often leading to post-close remediation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our growing tech M&A practice area, leverage both IT and advisory skillsets, and guide our clients’ corporate development decisions.
