1.基于市场洞察，围绕外科业务战略，推进外科专业教育策略在区域高效，专业，智能落地。
2.与外科业务团队充分沟通合作，制定符合区域术式发展现状的专业教育培训项目，做好区域培训中心梯队化发展规划，推进区域各层级培训中心持续开展培训并有序发展。
3.了解并掌握外科术式发展现状及趋势，与区域各层级讲师建立长期沟通与合作机制，不断优化课程设计，运行培训课程并做好区域讲师梯队发展与建设。
4.基于外科成长动线，做好区域学员分级体系建设和培训规划，具备基础技能和术式基础内容的专业授课能力。
5.了解并掌握数字化教育新工具与平台，熟练运用于相关培训项目中。能够运用数字化工具分析区域中心，讲师，学员发展现状并持续改进。
