a.優化法令變動管理流程，使相關法規變動皆能妥適辨識並且及時因應執行
b.即時更新法令變動管理相關資料庫及法遵手冊
c.就法規變動與相關單位進行溝通，確認評估並確認因應方案依法規要求執行
2. 定期辦理法遵自評及法遵手冊檢視作業
3. 定期召開法遵主管會議及法令遵循委員會會議
4. 依據集團要求執行法令遵循風險評估作業
5. 法令諮詢意見之適法性評估
6. 處理檢舉案件/資訊公開相關等事宜
7. 協助專案/試辦業務之執行
8. 轉擬各類業務相關報告
資格條件：
1.學歷要求：大學以上法律相關科系
2.專業條件：
－具備人壽保險相關經驗與知識以及熟知相關法規及法令規範
－具配提供專業法令或法規意見之專業能力
3.工作職能：
－正直、良好的判斷力和敬業精神
－具邏輯思維能力、問題分析能力、報告能力、表達能力和溝通能力
－能夠在工作上與合作對象建立良好互動及關係
－具抗壓力且能有效率工作
－須具備良好英文溝通及書寫能力。
4.工作經驗：至少8年以上壽險業經驗，5年以上法遵、法務或內部稽核相關工作經驗佳。
