We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance (DG). This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the organization. You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, enforce governance policies, and support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
 

Your Role will be, but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain data integration workflows for CDI and MDM platforms.
• Implement and monitor data quality rules, validation processes, and stewardship workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Contribute to metadata management, data lineage tracking, and data cataloging efforts.
• Assist in defining and maintaining business glossaries and data dictionaries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
• Document technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in data integration, MDM, DG or related fields.
• Proficiency with CDI, MDM and DG tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, CDGC, Data Profiling Data Catalogue).
• Understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and stewardship processes.
• Familiarity with metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC) is a plus.
• Exposure to data cataloging, lineage tracking, and business glossary development.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data transformation techniques.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible to overlap with onsite hours for critical meetings and daily sync-ups.

This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
