We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance (DG). This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the organization. You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, enforce governance policies, and support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Your Role will be, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows for CDI and MDM platforms.
- Implement and monitor data quality rules, validation processes, and stewardship workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Contribute to metadata management, data lineage tracking, and data cataloging efforts.
- Assist in defining and maintaining business glossaries and data dictionaries.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Document technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in data integration, MDM, DG or related fields.
- Proficiency with CDI, MDM and DG tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, CDGC, Data Profiling Data Catalogue).
- Understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
- Experience implementing data quality controls and stewardship processes.
- Familiarity with metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC) is a plus.
- Exposure to data cataloging, lineage tracking, and business glossary development.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data transformation techniques.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexible to overlap with onsite hours for critical meetings and daily sync-ups.
This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
