The RN Operations Manager of Franciscan manages the operations of multiple practices, for compliance, support services, materials management, and financial management. This role, also, provides direct support to providers working with assigned practices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Practice Clinical Operations Manager HOPD Cardiology provides operational oversight across multiple cardiology subspecialties and/or practice sites. This role partners closely with the Practice Manager HOPD to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care delivery while maintaining consistency in clinical workflows, clinical practice and care coordination. This role works under the direction of the Operations Director HOPD to drive performance, standardize workflows and execute strategic initiatives that improve access, quality and financial outcomes.
While the Practice Manager HOPD role retains direct operational responsibility for clinic staff, all Registered Nurses (RNs) at IHP maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Operations Manager RN for clinical practice, professional development and nursing standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Required
Master's Degree Nursing - Preferred
3 years Nursing - Required
3 years Physician Office or Inpatient Management - Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
