Job Summary
The Executive Producer, Print is a senior studio leader responsible for oversight and responsible for managing the production of projects that combine multiple services, such as print/retouching, mechanicals, proofing, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, from the initial briefing to the final wrap. This includes managing schedules, generating budgets, and resolving conflicts.
- Own budget oversight and project profitability, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with creative, account, and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
- Partner with the Head of Studio to continuously improve studio operations, workflow systems, and delivery pipelines.
- Bid out and manage production shoots with 3rd partner vendors.
- Work with Business Affairs to support any licensing and usage requests.
- Work with client and Omnicom Production 3rd Party vendors for all print production requirements.
- Attend shoots to oversee production as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in a production environment.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on a global account.
- Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem.
- Knowledge of Print and OOH specs, color assessment, and printing.
- Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
- Efficient problem solver in a production environment.
This position is in our Chicago office 4 days a week.
