Customer Success Manager (CAM) 는 온보딩, 상향 판매 및 교차 판매를 통해 기존 고객 기반 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 제품 애착을 적극적으로 유도하고 강력한 관계를 효과적으로 구축하게 됩니다. 내부적으로 고객을 옹호하고 긍정적인 고객 경험에 집중하게 됩니다. 상호작용은 무엇보다도 관계 관리에 뿌리를 두고 있으며, 성장 기회를 옹호하기도 합니다. 고객 성공 관리자는 잘 정의된 방법론을 따라 고객의 고유한 요구 사항을 파악하고 Datadog 제품의 가치를 명확하게 전달합니다.

담당 업무

영업팀과 협력하여 원활한 전환 및 온보딩 경험을 보장
고객과의 관계를 적극적으로 구축하여 상호 신뢰 구축
기존 고객 계정의 성장 기회에 대한 전체 영업 주기를 성공적으로 수행
고객이 데이터독 솔루션을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 조언자 역할을 수행
사용 추세를 모니터링하고 파악하여 갱신 위험을 발견하고 채택률을 높임
내부 데이터도그 팀(지원, 제품, 재무, 법무) 간에 부서 간 협업
