About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the most senior level executives in the organization. You anticipate the needs of the Executive and other key stakeholders and remain focused on their priorities by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.  You are adaptable in a fast-paced and demanding environment.  You are also comfortable with new technologies and must become well versed in Everest’s applications and technology solutions.  

In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with Executives and other key stakeholders. It is imperative that you understand our culture and demonstrate our core values daily. You will showcase the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality, and lastly, you are resourceful and effective by getting things done through other people.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Executive by performing various administrative tasks (i.e., manages calendar, handles all global travel arrangements, answers inquiries & phone calls)

  • Acts as a junior Chief-of-Staff to support Executive in preparing him for his work, ensuring he has what is needed

  • Serve as a technical lead to assist with video communications (i.e. Web-Ex, Zoom) and software applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) as needed

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in administrative C-Suite level support

  • 10+ years of experience in project management and/or event coordination

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

  • Very professional and stays calm under pressure

  • Extremely detailed and meticulous

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Tech savvy and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Keeps pace with new technologies to make the workplace more efficient and effective 

  • Ability to adhere to complete confidentiality on all business matters

  • Must have a strong work ethic and be accessible, as needed, outside core work hours

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, plus bonus, and long-term incentive annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
