We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the International IHOP team. A talented individual who is inspired by culture and a creative thinker. As the Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand presence across multiple channels and defining our look and feel for the International IHOP consumer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and photography, and a self-starter who thinks creatively, exploring new trends to drive relevance for our brand. This person will develop and maintain the brand visual identity, ensuring IHOP is distinct and recognizable within the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages brand identity holistically across all channels
- Projects include but not limited to: In-Restaurant Merchandising, Menu, Digital, Social, Email/eComm, Communications, Retail
- Involved with asset creation from brief to delivery
- Participates in ideation sessions to drive brand momentum
- Maintains organization of creative files and assets
- Target Salary $80k-$90k depending on experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Graphic Design B.F.A. or B.A. degree
- Graphic Design/Production experience, 3+ Years
- Effective communication skills, both written and presentation
- Understanding of marketing and business operations
- Extensive software knowledge (Adobe CS, PowerPoint, MSOffice,)
- Creative thinker who drives innovation
