The Work
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Benefits Lead Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions. Your expertise in Employee Central and Benefits will be critical in driving business success and enhancing employee experience. Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to clients and internal teams, driving the successful delivery of Employee Central and Benefits projects.
Client Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders to gather and analyze HR and benefits requirements, providing innovative solutions to optimize processes and enhance employee experience.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the configuration and management of benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Employee Central and Benefits with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third-party systems.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies related to employee data and benefits.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR and benefits processes, leveraging SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Here’s What You Will Need
Experience:
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects in complex, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data models, workflows, and business rules.
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Benefits configuration, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits programs.
Experience with integration between Employee Central, Benefits, and other modules like Payroll and Time Management.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required; additional certifications in Benefits or other modules are a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
