About the team:

We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of eBay’s business in the North America region including eBay’s operations in major US markets -- New York & Las Vegas.

Schedule:

Four 10 hour shifts, Mon - Friday. One weekday off.

9:00AM - 8:00PM

Sat/Sunday off.

What you will accomplish:

•   The Receiving Lead will be responsible for efficiently monitoring productivity.
•   Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered correctly.
•   Responsible for training and supervising all associates in their area.
•   Documentation of all inbound product using zenventory.
•   Assisting warehouse management with Cycle counting and inventory control.
•   Drive UPH Providing support and coaching up team members.
•   Providing support and coaching up team members.
•   Be comfortable in a fast-paced facility environment.
•   Complete daily scheduled audits.
•   Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles.
•   SLA initiative maintain daily tracking of products.
•   Supervise the Maintenance of 5S standards throughout the department.
•   Provide personal coaching where needed to ensure the team meets daily goals.
•   Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

•  Prior warehouse experience.
•   Good verbal communication skills
•   Ability to work autonomously
•   Capacity to work on your feet for several hours & lift 50 pounds as needed.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$40,000 - $78,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
