Job Description
BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for 4 Junior CMS Content Authors to join our team!
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office 2 days per week.
This is a short-term contract starting May 5, 2026 for roughly 1 month. This role is ideal for fresh grads looking to gain entry-level expereince in a fast-paced environment, working on high impact client work! Potential for additional opportunities following the short-term engagement.

Who we’re looking for
As a Junior CMS Content Author, you will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content according to our clients’ business goals and brand requirements. Our ideal candidates are quick-learning, detail-oriented self starter with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for problem solving. You are assertive and a proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work well within a team and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Plus, candidates must possess a creative, openminded and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, and have a solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish.
Technology Requirements
To ensure a secure and compatible working environment, the following technology requirements must be met:
- Use a Mac or Windows device (Linux or other OS not supported)
- Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma/Sequoia or newer is required
- Windows 10 may be used up to October 2025
- macOS Big Sur, Monterey, and Ventura are not permitted
- Device must be less than 4 years old
- Agree to have us install and maintain BIMM’s security tools on your device. These tools must remain active, with all permissions and configurations unchanged for the duration of the contract
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain content directly in a Content Management System (CMS) for our clients’ websites
- Collaborate with stakeholders and dealerships to plan, develop and implement site content, style and layout
- Crop, compress, transfer and manage visual assets to Digital Asset Management Systems for use on client websites
- Supporting on technical integrations with the development teams and troubleshooting technical issues
- Execute the setup and implementation of third-party integrations across sites, ensuring correct configuration and functionality
- Collaborate with the Content Team to consult on CMS/content-specific considerations related to 3PI implementations, helping ensure integrations work smoothly within existing content structures and authoring patterns
- Leverage available CMS authoring tools to streamline 3PI implementation processes and support efficient rollout across multiple dealer sites
- Liaise with Content Designers and Product Specialists to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that CMS components are able to support our content and accessibility requirements
- Implement legal and compliance requirements (e.g. copyright, accessibility, data protection, and legal disclaimers)
- Practice quality assurance for the work of yourself and your peers
- Deploy/activate website content on a consistent schedule
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and generate new ideas to draw user’s attention
Requirements

Nice to have
- Previous work experience as a Content Manager/Author
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Photoshop, and content management
- platforms (Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Issue tracking tools (ie: Jira) a plus
- Working knowledge of Corporate wiki tools (ie: Confluence) a plus
- Working knowledge of WCAG AA Accessibility standards a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website development
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
