• Project Title:
  Assembly Equipment Performance Improvement and Data Analysis
   

  Project Description:
  This internship provides hands-on exposure to assembly equipment operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with engineers and technicians to understand equipment setup, conversion, and qualification processes, while gaining exposure to data-driven approaches to improve equipment performance and reliability.
   

  Objective of the project:
  To build practical understanding of assembly equipment operations and apply basic data analysis techniques to support equipment performance and reliability improvements.
   

  Project Scope:

  • Gain hands-on exposure to equipment setup, conversion, and qualification activities
  • Participate in analysis of equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Learn how equipment performance and reliability are tracked and monitored
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and external partners on improvement initiatives
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal sharing
     

  Learning Opportunities:

  • Exposure to semiconductor assembly equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of equipment reliability and maintenance concepts
  • Introduction to data analysis and applications such as artificial intelligence in manufacturing
  • Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
